Alternatives to PD50 carbs?

Picked up a cheap 1980 CB650 and just wondered if I can replace the PD50 carbs with something better.

1974 CB550 K0 (with a 650 cam)
1980 CB650
2000 CBR929RR Fireblade
1966 Lambretta LI150 Series 3
1981 RD350LC
1972 Raleigh Chopper
1974 Raleigh Tomahawk
2011 Henry Hoover

Are they slide carbs or cv carbs?

Then in theory you ought to be able to get 500 and early 550 to fit if the mounting rubber size is same

Thanks Bryan, I’ll borrow the carbs of my 74 550. If they fit I’ll try and source another set.
