Done my donation - unlike the old system you can't see yourself on the list - or have I missed something?

The forum software is free and additional functions (like the donations plugin) are sometimes available and are designed and supported by enthusiasts.

Yes, they have their own “geek” forums

Whoever designed the donations plug-in stopped supporting it and it stopped working. I’m not (enough) of a php coder to fix it so I had to turn it off. Nothing else is available in the SMF Universe so had to resort to PayPal.

Hosting costs have gone up by 50% this year mainly due to the huge electricity usage of your average server farm. The one I use has it’s own substation. (Actually, I think most if not all hosting companies have their own dedicated electricity supply).

There are a few members who donate regularly (you know who you are) and I thank them.
