Weird invoice?

Hello.
Has anyone else on here received any strange invoices from Marcel?
I ask this because. This afternoon I received a email invoice from Marcel, stating my account has been paid. Dated 2018!
I would ask him directly. But being a bit of an IT dunce. I am reluctant to do so in case his computer has been hacked.
A bit odd that i get a invoice 5 years after the transaction.

Yeah - I received an invoice from 2021 today, I suspect just an IT glitch on his site. I ignored it.

Yes, I've received them today for parts supplied in 2017,2018 and 2020.

I’ve seen this before on one of the eCommerce sites I look after.

Sometimes a software update interferes with the database so that orders previously marked as complete are re-flagged.

Next time you press the “send invoices” button it sends them all of your customers, old or new.

Embarrassing.
