Cutoff denim jacket and patches

Ill be mixing with a Kenwood Chef tm perhaps some generic mixed fruit and peel, those sultanas all look the same to me :) McDougals tm flour or some that does look indistinguishable from this.
I'm well practiced as Mrs K2 is rather partial to a nice Dundee cake, keeps me in the good books on household brownie points you'd understand ;D
Interestingly, not all cases pass as the originators feel they should https://www.autoweek.com/news/trucks/a33512240/land-rover-loses-defender-trademark-suit-to-ineos/ with this one a loss for the company complaining/seeking protection. Nuanced is the law and just how it's applied practically, illustrated here.

Very interesting story Nigel. Harley Davidson tried to patent the 'potato potato' sound made by the exhaust of their bikes which they said was unique and shouldn't be copied. The judge threw it out after taking advice that all V-Twins make a similar sound to a Harley! We had a very small convenience store open up around here and it looked exactly like a M&S right down to the font used on the shop front. It lasted a couple of months before the real M&S had it closed down!

Might have the badges later this week. Just got an email saying they were done and were being posted. They didn't include a picture of the completed badge though, guess I'll have to wait until they arrive to find out if they are good or crap.
