CB360 Wiring question

Thanks Bryan, I can see that brown wire now on the UK wiring diagram, makes sense even to me.

The light green/ red needs to find its way into the headlight bucket and plug into the gauge feed wires. It travels from the switch under the left side cover. Terminating at the bulb@ the neutral light.

Clutch lever switch came with a diode as well in the CB360T, which has only arrived here from imports.

The UK had the 360G version, which does not have a mount point for the clutch switch.  It does have the spare wires though and no diode.

I bought a clutch switch when I found the wires in my bike and I had a diode from a spare CB550 harness, but when I found there was no hole for the switch and checked the diagrams....No clutch switch....so your spare wires are just that...

Is this not a drum braked 360 or am i remembering wrong(getting more common!) If so it would be a us import and probably have the switch etc.
Easy to tell, look if there is a hole in the flat part close to where the lever pivots, if it is a drum there will be similar on brake side

Correct Bryan, this is a drum brake USA version. I’m hoping to get a chance to get back to it soon but the MIL is round this morning and although to me that seems like the absolute best time to lose myself in the shed, Mrs C isn’t of the same opinion!

In that case it should have the clutch switch and brake light switch which are the same except wire colours and only you will see them, if you have problems locating them try the 125 single with drum brake

Just for you cos i was bored, motorcycle products with SKU: 006389 and look at attached screen shot.
Check if you need anything else to cut down post costs, i have bought several parts from them with no problems

A quick question for those in the know please?

I’ve got the wiring harness back on the bike and all the electrical components are now connected again.

Does anyone know if this bike will have daytime running lights? When I got the bike, the headlight wouldn’t work on low beam. I’ve stripped and cleaned the switch gear and now the low beam works but the front two indicators come on with a permanent low light. I initially thought that I had got something wrong but a quick check looks ok. I don’t want to start chasing a problem that isn’t there. From what I can see online, it does seem as though they could be?

Yes it would have, sconnect th orange with white trace and light blue with white tace in the headlamp as they aint legal in UK. Just remember you need a 5/21 bulb in front indicator same as rear light

Nope, thats what they should have in them unless you have fitted UK blinker heads
