I have a Sealey one and I am pleased with it,
it’s been reliable and has given good results, do get one that has a heating facility and as already said get one that is big enough. In general I would say you need one that is bigger than you think. Go by the actual tank sizes and not just capacity.
I also use the Allendale carb cleaner it seems to work well. One tip I would give is that when cleaning carbs use clean fluid, dirty fluid from say cleaning aluminium or steel can stain the carb bodies with dark patches which take a lot of getting off. Don’t ask how I know this!
I would also say that an ultrasonic cleaner is not a silver bullet, it won’t get everything clean but they are useful.
