Set for recording - Wendy will want to watch the US Christmas Movies on 'That's Christmas' channel, it's none negotiable from Nov to Dec. I will be tinkering in the garage if it's not sub zero. :'( :'( :'(

Thanks Julie, I remembered to watch it  :)

Same old comment about front brake, which tells me they don't know how to properly set it etc.

I feel there's often excuse made about old brakes, then accepted as routine that they're just not capable, when most of them can be much better.

The original stopping distance was under 30ft from 30 mph, that's no slouch even now. It just shouldn't be used as excuse to have them impaired.

400/4 .🥱. Vastly overrated in my opinion. What exactly do they offer over the 550s?😁

Lower seat for the vertically challenged, less weight for thos that need it, bloody awkward front tyre size to make it difficult etc

Yep, road test from back in the day showed the SAME stopping distance from 60MPH as several current Hondas.  The stock front brake on my 400 is excellent now...though it was TERRIBLE when I bought it.  But all I really did other than cleaning/flushing the system was to install a new hydraulic line and properly bed-in the new brake pads.

And significantly less power, torque and passenger carrying capability.

Respect for not having a TV, I had a period of about 4 years without one  - happy days.
Ironically much of what I view today was made in the days when a programme had something called a script, actors with high quality producers/directors.
I can't do with this mis-named Reallity rubbish, even the News seems to have dummed down like most of our press..

Looking at the prices for 400/4’s today I notice they are now fetching £20k+ as a result of being featured on the show yesterday 😉. Prices for the fast and ultra rare yellow bikes (they are so rare even Henry couldn't get one on his show) are now £30k+ 🤔🫣😂
And then I woke up.......
