CB550F NOS L/H Candy Sword Blue side panel
« on: January 12, 2025, 02:13:38 PM »
As above, part number 83700-390-000ZF. Still in original bag and wrappings. Paint code says Candy Sword Blue or PB-7C as CMS describes it. Like a metallic royal blue.

No marks, perfect.

Can post pic but we all know what they look like. No transfer fitted as they never did for NOS panels on this model.

Seems to be the F2 model.

Seems to be very rare for a NOS one in this colour to be for sale. I swapped this for a NOS Flake Sunrise Orange panel, seller wanted $250 for it, so that's about £200. I'll sell for £150 inc P&P.

Thought it must be a triping error and you missed the decimal point out inbetween the 1 and the 5.

A copy is close to £50 Roo, then you have to get it sprayed and there's no guarantee you get a good match, plus it's metallic which means paint cost more to buy and to get someone to spray it. If you're just missing a panel it's worth it, fit and forget. If you're getting a tank and sidepanels done already then it's not worth it, unless of course you want a perfect colour match sample.

Anyone wants to make me an offer I'd be willing to listen, no 99p ones though. Worth at least £120 I reckon. I could bung it on Ebay and it would most likely sell at £150 but I thought I'd offer here first.

If you loose a side cover from your bike it would cost more than £150 to replace it including painting that might not match.
