Does anyone know where I can get an after market exhaust system 4 into 2 same as original for this bike. I’m in the uk but won’t rule out buying from USA.

Contact Raysons Exhausts. If they have made a set before they will have the patterns to make a new set for you.
It won't be cheap, but any others you find won't be either!

If stainless steel is an acceptable alternative I have used a couple of local  firms in Notts area, they used my existing steel system as a template on a V8 &  6 cylinder Merc. They were built & fitted in a day, I had a choice for sound levels as well.

One is in Huthwaite, they export systems, they also do a fitting service.https://www.stainless-exhaust.com/

The other firm is PD Gough at Watnall off J26 M1  https://www.pdgough.com/services.htm

There might be similar firms nearer to you, just trying to think outside the box, not cheap, they will also do polished pipes for visible sections.

This is a neat 500 restoration in the USA.

Don;t get me started on exhausts!

I spent months looking for a half decent pipe set for my 750F2, and got so sick of looking at rotted out, scabby lumps of metal with huge holes blown in the silencers being sold for £200+
Pipes so clearly rusted through and rotted out they would never be usable, yet sold for the sort of money you would expect to pay for a new system on a modern bike.  Old rare parts they may be....but most of what I saw was unusable.

Den at Alldens has made systems for 750F's. He contacted us years back asking us for measurements etc. He had been asked to build 2 full exhaust systems by someone. I'm thinking it may have been a forum member as I remember him contacting me, or maybe it wasn't a forum member, I can't remember now for sure 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. Anyways, maybe he has done 650's as well.
Edit.... He's also made SS exhausts for the 400/4 which are very nice.
