Looking at the photo it looks like you are missing the two brackets with the bolts to hold the top on I had a quick look in garage and have a airbox with the two brackets and the metal top bit. Would sell as an assembly, just the filter part.

I've bought the mounting bolt assembly just need the top snorkel bit now Mick. Send me a pm with a pic of what you've got please mate.
