Dating certificate needed

Not sure about here but in the past I’ve used the VJMC

Presumably yours is an import?  If so, then Honda themselves don't have any info for dating - been there, tried it.  If it's a UK bike, then they do have the info you need, if not then I have had rapid success with VJMC but I think it costs more if you are not a member.

Honda Owners Club or VJMC.

I used Honda Owners Club, very straightforward process. They did want to come and see the bike but it was no hassle and pretty quick.
