I'd recommend not exceeding 60°C with them, had some discoloration on caliper paint at 80°C...
Besides this, absolute brilliant kits...
I use DI water which I preheat in an electric kettle (the heater in the ultrasonic would take quite a while till 60°C by itself, but keeps the temperature constant during the cleaning times), dosage of designated ultrasonic solvent as by instructions on the bottle (mine says 'for carburetor cleaning'), 30 minutes...
Also a set of stainless cleaning baskets/mesh balls comes handy, saves having to fish for any tiny items like screws or jets in the bilge:

I bought a cheap Chinese generic, and it works OK, provided you buy proper cleaner. It came with some cleaner, which was aimed more at jewellery and the like, and that wouldn;t shift serious muck. Better cleaning solutions gave me a ..er...better cleaning solution!
