Spark plugs.
« on: June 15, 2026, 10:59:15 PM »
Dear All,

I was given a set of new NGK plugs when I bought my 750 F1.

Recently I thought I would fit them as i am doing other work like oil/filter change, brake fliud and fork oil change.

I then realised the the plugs are not all the same, two of one type and two of another. DPR8EA-9 and DR8EA. See photos.

I removed one of the old plugs to find it is the same as one of the new ones. DPR8EA-9

I then checked with David Silver and they quote different again, DR8ESL.

Does anyone know if any of my new plugs will work or shall I just buy a set of new ones.

My advice - source some DENSO X24 es-u plugs. You’ll never look back.
