Chain Stopper
« on: October 12, 2026, 11:50:32 AM »
Hi,

I've just started on the Nonda 400 again (7th year in). I'm looking for chain stoppers. Does anyone have any spare or a drawing so I can make them?

Regards

Hi,

I have found 2 in the USA but will cost me $80. part number 52136-333-000

I've made 2 now that will function as the stopper albeit not the exact nice curved edge

That's the sort of part Steve at  400fourbits.co.uk might have.
You have to email for a price, generally pretty cheap, his descriptions are accurate.

This is a neat 500 restoration in the USA.

I asked as i thought they may be same as 500 but the 333 tells me 350 and 400 four, probably same as 250/360 G5

I doubt the g5 got them Bryan, almost exclusively fitted to bikes with 4 into 4 exhausts. I think they were just too lazy to change the 400 from the 350 or more likely a cost thing.

Shame they ain’t the same as the 500, got a few of those.

I did a check for him there Ted, couldn't see any. I think they are one of those gold dust items myself.

Looks to be the sort of part that Max could be persuaded to make. He did a 1976 z1000 brake bolt for me a few weeks ago so he’s still doing bits if asked.
