Never heard of that one and DVLA are, as usual, talking out of their fundamental oriface!!
The legal I.D. of the frame is in that number and with two on it opens up a real can of worms.
Are they both genuine Honda numbers? or has somebody been prating about with stamps? a picture would help and if you don't feel like putting one up on here you could email me direct with it and as a retired tester i will happily give you my opinion, put you phone number in and i will do it "off recird"
