Centre Stand - Retaining Pin
« on: January 05, 2016, 11:20:46 AM »
Had a slight mishap on my trip to see Yozzer Halfway there heard a clattering sound from below.
Pulled up to find centre stand was hanging off.
On Inspection when I got home Keith Jnr noticed that the pivot bolt has a hole in the end of the bar for a retaining pin.

Opps - my fault didn't see hole on rebuild  :o

(Centre stands are very awkward to transport on a bike without a backpack)

New pin fitted - Problem solved  ;D
Mental note to me - Wear glasses when working on bike

Cheers
