setting cab mixture

i have balanced the carb but not sure if mix need ajusting any one know best way on cb550 f2

Does the bike run OK and rev out? If so, no adjustment needed! If not, what are the symptoms? Need to know what revs and throttle position.

carb have been striped so air mix only set back to 1and 1/2 turns
