I must admit I always look at 1973 bikes and do always double check the first reg to see if it's my birthday....Wouldn't make me buy it though....

Who said I was mad..
Ok seat back today...and couldn't resist popping it on...
I think I am now at the point where now the only way forward is backwards and take it all to bits again and store everything ready for sorting out....
Here are the pics of where I am up to no cables are attached a few are run but they can be done properly later....
So now chaps any comments what can you see that is incorrect for the model and what am I going to need ...other than a shed load of cash...
I did spice a rather nasty correct (I think)LHS switch unit
Seat hardware are winging there way to me as we speak...cheers ash....
Here goes fill yer boots

You can't rush a good thing Jason 🤣🤣🤣
It does look lovely in black, I'm not sure what colour Graham is going for on his latest one, he's done the Gold, so I think his will be black this time.

That looks gorgeous, reminds me of a friends bike back in the 1970's, being a big Hailwood fan the idea of  a 500 four was almost irresistible for me but in the end I bought a 750.

Cheers

Looks great that. Hopefully you’ll be able to get some miles on it soon.
