No idea what drill size bit Roy, we've never had to drill the frame, we've just re fitted VIN plates with these to the existing holes. These are the correct part number that fit all CB SOHC4 VIN plates.

One question looking at julies pics is are the floats the right way up?
They were probably 500 or 550 carbs that I was fettling Bryan but I just took the photos as an example of how to set the floats.

OK Dave. I'll get another set from my friend that makes them for me. We work on a barter system, I supply him with parts for his CB SOHC 4's restorations and he pays me in SS exhaust collets 😂😂😂.

Not fitted to the 400 Ken. Only fitted on early 500 and early 750's.
