The guy in the red T shirt in the video clip at Ohio is my buddy Chris Rushton from here in the UK . Chris has  to be the most knowledgeable person in the UK on CB750's IMHO and most of the stuff I know about them I learned from Chris. His very first CB750K0 resto he did in the 90's is the one in the National Motor Museum.

He wants "how much" and its only running on three cylinders (hence the frantic exhaust touching). May I humbly suggest that you get it running correctly before the camera comes out. And if you cant, dont put the video in your advert. He's even too frightened to put petrol in the tank, using a bottle tank instead. Clearly never been ridden. Get real, its only a Honda at the end of the day.

It's a very early sandcast Roy that's been rebuilt by Vic World. His bikes are so good that Honda bought one for their Museum in Japan The video clip was done in 2009 at the Mid Ohio Show and the guy running it is Vic himself with my buddy Chris Rushton looking on in the red T shirt. Mega money I know but less than our friend Frank in the U.K. Would charge for a very much more ropey, later VIN example. Vics bikes are built from mainly NOS parts and his techniques for restoring the old parts he uses are mindblowing .. that's why Honda chose one of his for their museum.

Then what is it for. Looks like a motorbike to me?...... These things are not for looking at they are for riding. If it doesn't do that its worthless, except for the strange people who want to own it just for ownings sake............ It's these weird people that drive the prices sky high.............. I repeat it's not the Crown Jewels its a Honda that was sold to ordinary people in the local Honda dealerships........... Whats the point of owning a motorcycle that doesn't run. They would be better off as gold bullion or art dealers........... If you told the average person that you had paid £50,000 for a bike and you showed them a 750 Honda they would have you certified..... Only a real tiny number of people even know what a Sandcast is, and an even smaller number would pay anything like that for one.

What I mean is, the people who will buy this type of bike will not ride it....unfortunately. There are thousands of bikes safely(??) tucked away everywhere. Many owned by people who are too old to ride or have never ridden.
On top of this many bikes are meticulously rebuilt and then owners are too worried to use them and trailer them to events.

I´m afraid there are a lot of "strange people" out there that own old bikes but dont ride them.

Some of them are in a shed, some of them are forgotten behind the house, some of them are restorated, some of them are in the living room, some of them are in a museum ...

Maybe you write to Mr. Silver and tell him what bikes are made for referring to his museum.

What is your problem with rising prices? Do old bikes have to stay cheap, do you need a seventh bike for sunday?

Regarding sandcasts: correct.

Who cares what other people do with their own property, it's up to them. My mate has several bikes he never rides, but that's cos he's too old and can hardly walk never mind ride. He loves his bikes and enjoys them for what he has left. Leave him alone, when you get like that you just might have a different outlook on what you have in your garage. Or will you sell your bikes to "young" people so you can sit in your high chair whilst waiting for the health visitor to call in and wipe you clean, cos that's what you're saying to me.
