In my mission to produce those three pesky clips. I Have discovered there are two versions of the harness holder see pic. One has a bent over lip and the other one does not.
32174-377-000 is lipped & not sure on the P/N for the non-lipped version.

THE CB400F2 PARTS DIAGRAM DOES ACTUALLY SHOW TWO PARTS FOR THE SAME ITEM (100 and 101). I do have a parts book for the 400/4 but it's buried in my loft somewhere !!

Please assist you 400/4 anoraks  out there with the other P/N then I can at least attempt to get you these parts for non-ripoff money ( hopefully). Suggest I am going to spend a load of dosh on this and end up with a pile of car-boot / autojumble fodder but hey-ho I like a challenge  and DSS is interested in stocking them.

Confused here.  What's that large lump on the right-hand side of the clip?

There are evidently two parts and two parts listed in the F2 parts manual item 100 &101. One has a turned over bit  of the metal part and the hump in the picture I posted is where it has been black PVC plasticol dipped and not drained properly so when cured it's developed the hump. There is a guy selling one on eBay 'Hondacrome'. It may be a 'region' thing. Thought it was only my missus that got the 'hump'  Possibly the one with the hump prevents the loom from coming out better so may be a  later modified part.

HA !HA!  sent this info to 'hondacrome' who is selling NOS ones on  eBay and he had a pop at me for being a 'know it all'  , which I am not. Giving him the info would enable him to sell better but hey ho that's probably why he sells NOS for 30 quid and Neil manages 60 for used. It's how you treat your customers that counts. He then came back saying he was a bit harsh with his comments and said he used to sell lots of used  fenders before the decent copies came in. I already knew that ...... I remember him trying to get a double cut for my 750K0. He couldn't find one but gave me useful  info on the other types available etc so I sent him a tenner by PayPal as a thank you.

Just noticed they are flogging Liam Gallagher clobber in a shop in Hull... off to town to get myself a designer anorak  Just need to master that Manc 'swagger' now!

Just got a few rare little clips for my CB250K0 and look what's languishing amongst them. Make a nice pattern to copy from to repro. That part is definitely not from the CB350 twin!
