Knowing Frank, Full asking price. He has a very good customer base and do not believe that every bike you see for sale belongs to him.

Think if you had a pension fund then Pete, it would be sitting somewhere giving
you no pleasure what so ever ,now you have hours of fun cleaning paint off of frames
spraying paint,covering seats. And best of all seeing a wreck turn into something beautiful
and increasing in value that you can sell if you really have to.
What you have will be a greater return than a fund somewhere and pleasure ;D ;D
