Sirius in Canada(http://www.siriusconinc.com/pro-detail.php?pid=&product_id=176) do a jet "Kit" with several different sizes of mains. What size are yours as 500 ones might be a bit bigger and I have a few of those somewhere

Im running with pods, yoshi and dyna ignition on my 400.
I increased the main jets to 85 and as yet have no problems.
500 jets are 100 and may cause her to run too rich

I cant remember if it was "sirius" or "jets r us"
U are nearly there.running pods can be tricky.all the advice telling you not to remove the airbox is right.
U also may need to increase the idling speed

I use redex in every third fill of the tank.
It stops the carbs gumming up when not in use.

Norniron, you will never get your beast to tick over because of the exhaust you are running  ;D
Are you back on a STD air box ?
