Folks,

I have found another source for the headers. Indications are these are the same as the Yamiya ones except initial calculations indicate that i will be able to offer these at £310. With the silencer priced at £250, a complete set would be £560. I think this is an excellent price even for single headers.

Any takers? I don't think the headers will remain at this price for long.

Dave

Dave

I'm in for a silencer for sure. Headers I will leave in favour of rechroming my originals but yes, it's a good deal.

Thanks
Tom

Dave,

I would be interested in headers+silencer at that price. :)

Yes they added that after David and me asked the question Rich. Real shame that

After telling me they had no plans to reproduce orginal pipes on Facebook recently.
Now look  :o

If they are anything like the 750 no. no.  pipes going to be high quality I reckon.

Send DSS a message via FB to see if he is stocking them .

The silencers pictured on the Yamiya website are made by Brituro in the UK (can tell by the stamping on the inlet). Not sure if they are offering "UK made silencers" and making cheap reproductions. We don't sell directly to Yamiya so not sure where they would be getting our silencers from. Just be careful what you are expecting from them, as i'm quite confident they won't be the silencers in the picture.

I think David at Saisei ordered the 400/4 silencer from Yamiya and found out they were made by yourselves when they arrived.

I don't know where Yamiya would be buying our silencers from, and why they would be paying to have our silencers shipped over to Japan, just to be dispatched to customers here in England?

Has anyone purchased silencers from Yamiya? If so, can you confirm whether they are made by Brituro?  There would be a stamp on the inlet of the silencer with our name on.
