I think they are all crap, I was with Talktalk until just before I moved and had a big fall out with them as the service was s**t and now having problems with BT, they are blaming the Christmas holidays for poor customer service but it comes the same time each year so they had enough notice 
(I should have added that the first problem BT encountered was they could not find my house.....it's been in the same place for 150 +years and no one has ever had a problem finding it s,. that was the first excuse they used to wind me up and many more have followed  )

well,it looks like the local pub has WIFI  !!

 try Plusnet,I know there are a BT company,but they seem pretty helpful for me,and use UK call centers !!

I use plusnet for fibre, line rental and all calls free including 300 mins to mobiles for about £35 a month
