Front brakes sticky (dual disc)

Good day, i am trying to get the brakes do a good working order.
I have realised that the pads are sticking to the disc on the RHS. After playing with the bolt to distance the calliper i have realised that the IN and OUY oil pipes are not on the same order. Does this matter?

No, it won't matter, it's because the caliper on the right leg is the same as the left, therefore the pipe/bleed nipple positions are reversed. Is the right hand caliper mounting EXACTLY parallel to the disc? Some brackets need spacing with shims/washers to make them parallel.

Did you rebuild both calipers and are the flexibles new?

Ok, yes, calliper are recently rebuilt, flexibles have been flushed and in good condition. It used to be great. I'll try different options. Thanks

Does the right hand caliper actually line up properly. Honda machine the left side fork leg to suit but leave the right side untouched so it possibly is not in line.

The problem is that when I pull the brake, it brakes lovely unfortunately it stays locked. I guess I need to dismantle the calliper.

Wouldnt that affect both sides though??

 In theory yes but in theory a bee can't fly! When it sticks try loosening the bleed nipple and see if it frees off

Also take the calipers off (it's only 2 bolts per calliper) and have a look around the pistons for signs of corrosion or a build up of dirt, whilst the calliper are off check that the brake arms (the arms that the callipers are mounted on) move freely on their pivots.

Have you replaced that square section seal in the caliper - the one the seals against the piston? 
I read on this here forum somewhere that that seal can cause the piston to stick if it's worn.

What did you use to hold the calliper arm on the right hand side? The spring like the one on the left will not work..

 the spring is not essential,you can adjust the arms,as long as the pad faces are parrallel  to the disc,

Don't forget that the spring will be longer than the L/H spring due to the fork leg lug being in a different position
