It was disappointing that the one he chose to ride was smoking and had the headlight pointing skywards!
Not the best example.

Yes his TV persona is that of a numpty, his book paints a completely different picture.
I think he has done well to turn his life around from a drug addict from a privileged background who was headed to almost certain death to where he is today.

Theres a big difference in someone "acting" he clown and not knowing what they are doing.

He , effectively in my view, frames the other contributors skills to draw them out for TV consumption.

Let's face it, he's successful in getting content commissioned to broadly mainstream programming thats about people similar to us and our interests through this site.

This type of person is not a natural self promoting character, often underplayed in just how much they know, but given here a format to exhibit that without a showoff nature. Henry is part of that psychological support in his actions and contrasting behaviour.

There's no real bike or mechanical content generally programmed, this is extensively bought again by those in control of TV content. That to me is an unqualified success.

Just reading of his early days. He went to Eton. Is that a clown college as an ex prime minister Johnson has similar qualities and he went there too😁😁

Yes its great he gets our hobby such good coverage. His manner at times just seems so forced..... besides odd. Still watch him though.

One day I'll have the time to restore it, not just talk and dream....

My e-mails courtesy of Outlook appear to be using predictive text based on AI it's usually nothing like what I want to say - really annoying Dave, it's so easy to find my words have been replaced  even more so on my stupid Google Pixel 6 phone. When the phone fails I'm going back to Samsung.
