550F footrest rubbers

My foot rests have seen better days which has led me to have two thoughts, firstly where is a good source for decent replacements either genuine or good oe, or are there any direct replacement pegs from another model that are I little less chunky?

The fitment on those looks very different to a 550f, it's a square hole on mine

Does the 550F have the steel plate on the bottom held by two bolts? If so i may have 1 in a box but not sure

Going by the parts list they look as if they do Bryan! Fits many other models though.
