Didn't think it needed it,

I can still see the chrome on the exhausts

I'm out and about on the Transalp today. Yes, I know, too many cams and not enough cylinders for this group 😊😊😊.
A lot of torque and handles very well, quite an upright riding position compared to the Honda CB SOHC 4'S.

That looks a neat bike, is it a V twin 750, fuel injected?

Rode to Gloucestershire at the weekend, 160 miles round trip.  Helped my friend put together his pre-war Norton 500.

I would have taken a photograph en route but it was too cold, my hands wouldn't operate the phone camera properly so I gave up.  Great to be out and about though and hoping the weather warms up soon.

Sorry Brian, didn't think. Are you near to Nailsworth?  I will be going back even if just to have another go on his bike  ;D

Just the other side of the M5, about 1 1/2 miles from junction 12 towards Glos.
Was the Norton an ES2?

Might pop down later this year Bryan. I’ll let you know beforehand if I do.
